Financial & Insurance
We provide a special service to you by submitting all dental claims for our patients. We bill the patient the balance due after their insurance has paid us. In some cases, we will know what you owe at the time of your visit, and we ask that you pay your balance at that time. Please be aware that often, dental insurance companies have deductibles and co-pays just like your medical insurance.
Our office is a preferred provider for: United Concordia Fee for Service, Concordia Advantage Plus and Blue Cross Dental.
We do participate with the United Concordia dental insurance. There are many, many other employers with the United Concordia dental insurance that we participate with, so please call or text us at (717) 533-6567 if you have any questions.
Our office participates with the United Concordia's National Fee for Service and Concordia Advantage Plus. You can call United Concordia at 1-800-332-0366 for further information.
Our office will no longer be a preferred provider for Delta Dental's Premier network. Many Delta Dental plans of PA will send the dental insurance check to the patient. If that is the case, we ask that you pay up front for your dental services, as the check will be mailed and written to you. As a courtesy to our long-time patients, if you are unprepared to pay at your visit, once you receive the check, immediately sign the check and mail it to us along with any co-pays associated with the total bill.
For all Aetna, MetLife and Guardian dental insurance patients: We will gladly submit your dental claim on your behalf, and your dental insurance company may pay us for your services. We will bill you if there is a patient co-pay. Oftentimes, there is no difference, and your visit is paid without any out-of-pocket expenses to you. While each dental plan is different, we would be happy to call your dental insurance company on your behalf to find out if you will owe any co-pays or deductibles. If your dental insurance says 100% for non-participating dentists, you will not have additional fees owed to us. Please check your benefits or call or text us at (717) 533-6567.
Charges not submitted to your dental insurance are payable at the time of treatment. We do accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards.
If special payment arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
A $10 late fee will be added to all balances overdue by 30 days. Your account may be sent to our collection agency after 90 days, and a $40 fee will apply.
